“I’d paid for an executive room through Expedia but upon arrival there wasn’t a room left and so was put in a basic room. No refund for the cheaper room either. ”

“Amazing stay. Many thanks to all the staff members, especially Ope, who all made my stay a very pleasant one. The hotel has all the amenities that you would reasonably expect in a great hotel. I was never without electricity and water.”
